If you feel losing/maintaining weight is easier when you attend a group meeting then BEEWEIGHED is the group for you.
Following and being successful with a diet plan that suits you and your lifestyle can be achieved by becoming a BEEWEIGHED member.
Information on a calorie controlled diet will be provided however if you prefer to do another diet/plan remember that is totally fine!!
At each meeting you will receive friendly and motivational support from Lynda and the team as well as the members of the group. One of the things everyone has in common is ‘they all want to lose/maintain weight.’ Nutritional information and get fitter tips will be shared weekly and this will assist you with any challenges that can sometimes hinder you from staying focused on your diet plan.
The meeting is fun, lively and full of positivity, you will leave each week feeling motivated, energised and ready to face any challenges that may lie ahead.
Lynda has over sixteen years’ experience helping individuals lose/maintain weight and thrives on helping people achieve their personal goals. Lynda will offer you support and guidance on your journey to the ‘new healthier you.’

Lynda operates from Denton Cricket Club, Egerton Street, Denton M34 5PB each Saturday at 9.30am. However she is there from 8am should you need an early weigh in.
You will be met with a warm welcome and made to feel at ease from Lynda, the helpers and the fellow members.
Depending on the demand she is intending to set up further groups around the Manchester area. Please use the contact section below if you are interested in attending a group in another area.
