Thank you for joining BEEWEIGHED Online! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. In this section, you’ll find everything you need to get started on your weight loss journey with us.
To help you hit the ground running, we’ve included several resources:
• BEEWEIGHED Handbook – Your go-to guide for the Beeweighed plan, including the 7-Day Kickstart.
• 7-Day Carb Buster – Perfect for those looking to cut down on carbs while still enjoying delicious meals.
• Buzzing Bites Cookbook – A collection of mouthwatering recipes to keep you on track.
• Bee Body Buzzing Passport – Your companion for tracking and celebrating your exercise progress.
To get started, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the attached Joining Form and email it to lynda@beeweighed.co.uk, if you don’t have access to a printer can you please answer all the questions on the form and email across.
2. Send a photo of your current weight and name to 07388 938643, preferably via WhatsApp.
If you haven’t already completed these steps, please do so as soon as possible to ensure we can support you fully.
Once the above has been received your allowances will be calculated and your designated leader will be in touch.
We’re here to help you every step of the way, so let’s get started towards your weight loss goals together!

We currently host five Zoom meetings each week, your membership allows you to attend as many as you like. However your designated leader will be allocated depending on which one you will attend the most or is the most convenient for you.
