When you join one of our amazing meetings, you will receive a folder containing everything you need for your journey, including a handbook with details about the BEEWEIGHED plan, based on NHS guidelines, Lynda’s first cookbook – Members’ Favorites, and a weight loss journey keyring.
You will be weighed in private, and if you’re following the BEEWEIGHED plan, your daily calorie allowance will be personalized. As you progress on your weight loss journey, you’ll receive special ‘milestone’ tags for your keyring.
