FAQ

What diet plans are supported at BEEWEIGHED?

All diet plans are supported as long as they are healthy and ensure you are receiving all your nutrients and vitamins. Lynda and the team have extensive knowledge of most diet plans so can support you if you do not want to follow the calorie controlled plan that is provided. Or it could be that on your journey you fancy trying something different. The beauty is you don’t need to leave the group – we support all plans.

Will you give me a calorie allowance?

Yes, your calorie allowance is provided and this is based on your age, height, gender and activity levels, it’s personal to you. Remember you are weighed in private and your weight is never said out loud.

Do you have to pay for missed weeks?

At BEEWEIGHED you are allowed two holiday weeks every six months, all other missed weeks must be paid for. However if you opt for an advanced option all holiday weeks are incorporated. It’s all about commitment Research has shown that the members that are signed up for the direct debit are more successful.

How old do you have to be to join BEEWEIGHED?

If you are under 16 you are more than welcome to come to the meeting with a parent. You must have a doctor’s letter and can follow the calorie controlled diet that is provided. There is no fee for children attending with a paying adult/parent. However it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure their child is receiving all the correct food groups, nutrients and vitamins.

Do you weigh and measure?

Yes members are weighed each week PRIVATELY and if a member would like to be measured also, this can be arranged on a monthly basis. It is not advised to measure more frequently than this.
