SLEEPING – A bad nights sleep can have an impact on your diet

We all know lack of sleep can leave us feeling grumpy and lethargic. ¬†There are many ways in which a bad night’s sleep can impact our health, including our waistline! This week we discussed tips and certain foods you should be eating to ensure you get a good nights sleep that can ultimately lead to being more focused on your plan. Fasting

Fasting has become more and more popular over the past few years. Previous advice to always eat breakfast or to never skip meals is much less current and in its place is advice to do some form of fasting. ¬†This can really benefit your body and gives it time to rest and repair, helping with dieting and weight loss. Over the four meetings my lovely members lost a massive 193 marbles!
