Measure Your Success

     Measure your inches lost!!

This can be vital in helping you stay focused on your plan.  This week we discussed the correct way to measure yourselves.  Members walked away confident in being able to measure themselves correctly so they can see their inches disappearing!!

Buy yourself a tape measure that you can use on a regular basis to see your inches disappearing!

Chest

Place one end of the tape measure on the fullest part of your bust/chest, wrap it under your armpits, around your shoulder blades and back to the starting point.

Hips

Starting st one hip, keeping the tape measure level, wrap it around your rear (over the fullest part of your bum) and back across to the front where you started.

Calf

Without tensing your calf muscles and fro a seated position, start at the widest part of your calf and wrap a tape measure around the back, (keeping it level) and back to the starting point.

Upper arm

Without tensing, hold your arm out in front of you. Move it to a 45 degree angle and measure around the widest part.

Neck

Level with your Adam’s apple, measure around your neck. Being sure not to pull the tape too tight.

Waist

Level with your belly button, measure around your middle.  Stay relaxed and don’t hold your stomach in.

ThiGh

Wrap the tape measure around the Fullest part of your thigh. (Normally a couple of inches down from your crotch).

if you use the Nutracheck app the progress section allows you to track your inches post as well as your weight!
