Rewarding your success on your weight loss journey
You could reward yourself each time you achieve a mini-goal, which can be anything you want. Why not draw up a list of mini-goals and plan a treat for each time you achieve one.
NON-EDIBLE REWARDS
When setting your weight loss goals you need to be realistic.
Set mini goals. If you are setting huge goals with no checkpoints in between you are likely to get lost or distracted along the way.
Begin by setting small goals and re-evaluating your goals each time you reach your mini goal. This will help you build more positivity along your weight loss journey instead of constantly feeling your goal is so far away.

THIS WEEK’S MEETINGS
Understandably across all meetings not many marbles were lost. I’m not going to mention the marbles gained 😉. Many members maintained and a few did have losses, well done to those, especially given all the temptations around during the festivities. We welcomed 8 new members at the new opening at The Thorncliffe Grange, many returning members and brand new members Pat, Eric, Anne and Tânia. Have a great week everyone🙌🙌
Awards
- Colleen received her two and a half stone award
- Sarah got her stone award
- Slimmers of the week went to Colleen, Sharon, and Sarah.
